combine all ingredients in a blender and start on a low setting working up to full blend - pulse if needed, and use a spatula to scrape the edges and mix the bottom blended stuff with the top... add the drained bean juice as needed to get the right consistency - not too thick not too thin... when thoroughly blended, pour in a container or bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour... serve with fresh veggies |
